Simple, fair terms.

Customer licence

Each purchase provides a licence for one person or one business to use and edit the downloaded files for its own internal work. You may not resell, redistribute, share, sublicense or publish the original templates, whether modified or unmodified.

Digital delivery

All products are digital downloads. No physical item will be shipped. After successful payment, the download is delivered electronically to the email address provided at checkout. If you do not receive your files or experience a download problem, contact hello@theforms.ca and include your order details.

Payments

Payments, applicable taxes, receipts and order processing are handled securely by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant-of-record payment provider. The Forms Market does not receive or store your full payment-card details.

Digital product refunds

Because digital products are made available immediately after purchase, sales are normally final once delivery or downloading has begun. If a file is faulty, materially different from its description, or you receive the wrong product, contact hello@theforms.ca so we can investigate and make it right.

Refund requests are considered case by case and remain subject to applicable law and Lemon Squeezy’s buyer terms and refund procedures. This policy does not limit any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Product use

Templates are provided for general business use and do not constitute legal, tax, accounting, medical or other professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing and adapting each file for your business, location and circumstances before using it.
