Begin with one result

Choose a problem you understand and a result the customer can recognize. “A one-page website ready to publish” is clearer than “digital services.”

Define the path

List the smallest set of steps needed to reach that result. Decide what is included, what the buyer must provide and when the work is finished.

Make it easy to evaluate

Give the offer a name, a fixed starting price and a short description. Add one sample or preview so buyers can see the quality before deciding.

Clarity is part of the product. If the buyer cannot explain the offer, it is not ready yet.

Test before expanding

Show the offer to five people who resemble your customer. Improve the confusing parts before adding bonuses, tiers or complicated options.
